REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, refunds, cancellations, and payment confirmations work for products purchased via areejalameerat.com.


1) RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


2) RETURN ELIGIBILITY (PRODUCT CONDITION)

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • Unopened, unused, and sealed, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Opened perfume bottles, used items, or damaged packaging not due to our error may not be eligible for return.


3) HOW TO START A RETURN

To request a return:

  1. Email marketing@alialmullagroup.ae with:

    • Your order number

    • Item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for return

  2. If your return is approved:

    • We will send you a return authorization, return instructions, and (where applicable) a return shipping label.

    • You must ship the item to the official return address provided in the approval email.

  3. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

4) DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at marketing@alialmullagroup.ae if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We will review the case and take corrective action, which may include replacement, exchange, or refund, as appropriate.


5) EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been opened or used (including perfumes and personal care products once unsealed).

  • Custom, personalized, or engraved items.

  • Sale or promotional items, unless defective or damaged on arrival.

  • Gift cards.

  • Any item not in its original condition or returned beyond the approved timeframe.

If you are unsure whether a product is eligible, please contact us before purchasing.


6) EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item:

  • Follow the return process above for the original item.

  • Once your return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the desired product.


7) EU 14-DAY COOLING-OFF (IF APPLICABLE)

For orders shipped into the European Union (where applicable by law):

  • You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Restrictions on opened fragrances and personal care items still apply, in line with hygiene and safety regulations.


8) REFUND PROCESS & TIMING

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or rejected.

  • If approved:

    • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

    • Bank and card processing times vary; if you do not see the refund:

    • Depending on your bank/card issuer, refunds may take up to 45 days to appear on your statement.

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout.


9) PAYMENT CONFIRMATION (MANDATORY DISCLOSURE)

  • Once payment is completed, a payment confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours to the registered email address.

  • Where supported and if a valid mobile number is provided, you may also receive an SMS confirmation.

  • The confirmation will include:

    • Order number

    • Payment reference

    • Amount and currency

    • Items purchased

If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours:

  • Check your spam/junk folder.

  • If still not found, email marketing@alialmullagroup.ae with your name, order value, and approximate time of purchase.

The transaction receipt will reflect the same price and currency shown at checkout.


10) CANCELLATION POLICY (ORDERS)

This Cancellation Policy applies exclusively to product orders placed on areejalameerat.com.

  • Customers may request to cancel their order before dispatch by contacting us immediately at info@alialmullagroup.ae with their order number.

  • If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will:

    • Cancel the order, and

    • Initiate a refund to the original payment method.

  • If the order is already processed, prepared, or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, customers may refer to this Refund & Return Policy to check eligibility for return.

  • Any approved refund for cancelled orders:

    • Will be processed only to the original payment method.

    • May take between 10–45 working days, depending on the issuing bank and payment processor, in line with acquiring bank/card scheme requirements.

No separate service cancellation terms apply, as our website sells products only.
