DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to deliver every Areej Al Ameerat order safely, on time, and in perfect condition. This policy explains how we ship, delivery timeframes, fees, and the proof‑of‑delivery requirements for https://areejalameerat.com/.
1) SHIPPING PROCESS (END‑TO‑END)

Order Confirmation – You’ll receive an email/SMS confirming your order details.

Quality Check & Packing – Products are inspected and verified to be in good condition prior to dispatch; packaged appropriately (fragile handling where applicable), sealed with tamper‑evident closures, and labeled per courier requirements.

Handover to Courier – Shipments are dispatched via approved third‑party courier partners (door‑to‑door).
Note: Couriers may require a government‑issued ID upon delivery for verification. -
Tracking – A tracking link (where available) is shared once your order is in transit.

Delivery & Signature – The courier delivers to your address and obtains customer signature on the courier device/airway bill.

Proof of Delivery (POD) – Customers must keep a copy of the signed delivery receipt (or electronic signature confirmation). This serves as the official proof of delivery.
If the packaging appears damaged on arrival, please note it with the courier before signing and contact us within 48 hours.
2) DELIVERY AREAS & TIMEFRAMES
We ship across the GCC. Estimated business‑day timeframes begin after dispatch (excluding public holidays/force majeure). Peak seasons (e.g., Ramadan/Eid) may add 1–2 working days.

3) DELIVERY FEES

Free delivery on all orders across the UAE.
4) ORDER CUT‑OFFS & DISPATCH

Orders placed before 12:00 (UAE time) are typically processed the same business day.

Orders placed after cut‑off, on weekends, or public holidays are processed the next business day.
5) DELIVERY ATTEMPTS, ADDRESS CHANGES & HOLD REQUESTS

Re‑delivery: If you miss the courier, a second attempt will be arranged. If undeliverable after repeated attempts, the order may be returned to us; re‑shipping fees may apply.

Address Change: If you need to change the delivery address after dispatch, contact the courier or our support team immediately. Changes are subject to courier approval and may affect delivery time and fees.

Hold at Facility: Where supported, you may request a pickup/hold at the courier facility (ID required).
6) CONDITION ON DELIVERY (DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEMS)
Please examine your parcel upon receipt. If items are damaged, missing, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or refund (subject to availability).

7) CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel an order before dispatch for a full refund.

After dispatch, cancellations are treated as returns (see Returns Policy).
8) PROOF OF DELIVERY (POD) – CUSTOMER OBLIGATION

The courier will capture a signature (physical or electronic).

Customers must retain a copy of the signed delivery receipt (or consignee name/time stamp in the tracking log).

This documentation is required for any delivery disputes, warranty claims, or return requests dependent on delivery confirmation.
